Artist's CommentsSorry if it looks kinda dark, eheh.. I kinda of this image of a bus station stuck in my head, and I wanted to try out drawing rain...  So I doodled up this picture, and I randomly added in this dog thing.. sitting there, but it looked kinda weird... so I took it out.. and the just made the background. All-though halfway I wanted to stop because it was looking wack and was boring, but I did not! C: I know the road is in a weird place blahblah, use your imagination. I had fun playing with filters and shading here, err, and I added in the kitty or else it be kinda weird lol. Time: 2-3hrs? We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Icon by ~Smeire <3Okey, basically I made a new layer on Normal (this is after you've done all your colouring etcetc) and then you select the area you want rain in (or whatever) and then I get use the water-colour tool to randomly draw lines... and then you go into Filter and Blur, then set it to motion blur.. and then you make another layer and do it again.. and then I used the airbrush tool to put white stuffs where the rain was hitting the thingie. And then I got the pen tool and drew lines where the rain was hitting.
